About the Artisit

Divine Fine Line was created by Crystal Dawn, an AAM Gold-Certified and Licensed Permanent Makeup Artist known for her soft, natural, and elevated approach to cosmetic tattoo artistry. With advanced training in Lip Blush, Lip Neutralization, Powder Brows, and Lash Line Enhancement, Crystal designs every service with intention — guided by precision, color theory, and facial harmony. Her work enhances what’s already beautiful, creating results that look effortless, timeless, and uniquely tailored.

But Divine Fine Line is more than artistry — it’s the culmination of over a decade of spiritual practice, energetic study, and intentional living.

Crystal has been immersed in Reiki, meditation, breath-work, and holistic wellness since 2016, when her own healing journey deepened through yoga, movement, and energy work. She received her Reiki Level I & II attunements in 2017, and became a certified Reiki Master in 2018. She later expanded her knowledge as a certified yoga teacher, sound healer, Feng Shui consultant, meditation guide, breath-work facilitator, and NLP coach.

What began as a personal path toward emotional balance and energetic clarity evolved into a calling to help others reconnect with themselves.

Within Divine Fine Line, Crystal blends her mastery of cosmetic tattoo artistry with the grounded presence of an experienced energy practitioner.
